We appreciate you choosing madebygak for our high quality photography prints. In order to provide you with more options, we print and ship our prints on demand from one of our 8 print shops around the world. Because each order is uniquely printed to meet your individual specifications, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances.

However, we acknowledge that on occasion a product may arrive damaged from transit or a printing abnormality. We value the quality of our prints and are committed to making things right!

If your print arrives damaged, we request you to follow these guidelines:

  1. Please inform us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to our customer service at garrett@madebygak.com. Your email should include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product.

  2. Once we receive your email and assess the situation, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps.

  3. If the damage is confirmed, you will have the option to either receive a full refund for your order or have a new print sent to you at no additional cost.

  4. If a replacement print is chosen, we will proceed with the print-on-demand process for your order immediately and aim to ship your new print as quickly as possible.

Please note that we cannot process claims for damage that are reported more than 7 days after delivery.
